Pilgrimage is a practice common to all the religious traditions. The early religious pilgrims often made long and difficult journey's on foot. They set out to visit holy sites; experience a place where miracles were understood to have taken place or to see places where their hero of the faith had lived, worked or was buried.

A pilgrimage to the places where 'ordinary' people have been privileged to witness the extraordinary and where our faith is refreshed and strengthened, is a truly uplifting experience.
